Overview

Hovra is a property management platform for Adeyemi Realty Group, a Lagos-based operator running a 312-unit portfolio across five properties — Lekki Heights, Oniru Estate, VI Terrace, Ikoyi Annex and Surulere Close.

The Challenge

Leasing, maintenance, and rent tracking lived in separate spreadsheets and inboxes. Nothing was real-time, and the team lost hours every week reconciling data by hand and chasing overdue rent.

What We Built

• A unified dashboard for units, tenants, leases and occupancy
• Rent tracking with payment status, reminders and a collection-rate view
• A maintenance request queue with priority, assignment and SLA tracking
• Real-time occupancy and monthly revenue reporting by property

Goal

To replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one platform that makes managing units, tenants, rent and maintenance effortless — with real-time visibility across the whole portfolio.
